How to Reframe Fear and Take the Leap

Discover Clarity on the Other Side

Fear Is Not the Enemy.
It’s the Signal.

Every big decision brings fear along for the ride. But fear is not the enemy. It’s a signal that something matters.

When I launched my coaching practice, it wasn’t without uncertainty. But I made the leap anyway. I turned down the volume on doubt and tuned in to purpose. Over 1,500 coaching hours later, I’m more certain than ever: the leap is always worth it.

Fear doesn’t mean stop. It means pay attention. What is the fear trying to protect? And what clarity lies on the other side of listening to it?

Action Step:

Write down one fear you have about your leadership.

Now Ask:

What do I need to do to trust myself more?
